Job summary
We are looking for a Healthroster System Adviser to join our established team which supports staff with various HR Systems, with the primary system being HealthRoster (Allocate Optima).
Workbase
The workbase for this post would be discussed at interview and could be based in either London (Havering/Redbridge) or Essex (Basildon).
Main duties of the job
The HR Systems Adviser is responsible for assisting in the maintenance, development and benefits realisation of the systems and carries responsibility for:o Provision of training, advice and assistance to system users.o Support teams and users to realise system benefits and monitor rule breaches.o Maintenance of the electronic rostering systems and ESR hierarchy.The processing of the trust payroll extraction, including all data checks, liaison with managers and senior managers for finalisation of rosters, and the ESR processing teamo Provide specialist advice and guidance in the analysis of complex data and information in order to support the department by using complex analytical and statistical techniquesThe ideal candidate should have: o Degree level or equivalent experience in training / development, information management or statistics.o Experience of Healthroster systems administration (specifically Allocate Software)o Experience of the Healthroster payroll extraction processo Experience of ESR Reportingo Presentation and Facilitation skills

Probationary Period
This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).
Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focussing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
High Cost Area Supplement
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement which is dependant on the workbase and would be between 5% to 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £1,192 to a maximum of £5,177 p.a. pro rata for part time).
COVID-19 Vaccination
We continue to encourage all staff to ensure that they have been double vaccinated and received their booster. We recognise that taking the vaccine provides the best defence against COVID 19 for our patients, our staff and their families.
