Team Leader for Special School and Complex Needs Nursing - Band 7
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated person to join our Special School and Complex Needs Nursing Team based in Redbridge as the Team Leader.
We are looking for a children's nurse with a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience who has the key skills and knowledge to lead the team. You would be supporting nurses based in Special Schools and the Complex Needs Nursing team as well as managing your own caseload.
Main duties of the job
The special school nursing agenda is one that is constantly changing, and at the heart of this are our children and young people who have a range of complex and additional needs. Our nursing team supports the wider multidisciplinary team in looking at innovative ways of meeting this need. To do this the team requires a dynamic and forward thinking leader who has the scope to pursue new ideas and approaches.
A car driver is essential for this role as you may be required to travel around the Redbridge area. This particular post is Monday-Friday, but flexible working requests will be considered.

The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.High Cost Area Supplement - LondonThis post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,313 and a maximum payment of £5,436 per annum pro rata).
