This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative service which is fundamentally changing the way in which primary care psychological treatments are provided in Redbridge. You will be part of a large multi-professional workforce that is significantly increasing access to treatment for people with depression, anxiety and other common mental health conditions, within a Primary Care setting.The four Talking Therapies services provide psychological therapy within the standards of the stepped care model i.e. Step 2 (Low intensity) and step 3 (High Intensity). NELFT is committed to the four TT services and the trust is seeking to employ motivated staff to contribute to the success of these services. We are looking to recruit a Senior High Intensity therapist to support our Havering IAPT service.
Main duties of the job

Applicants should be either an Accredited High-Intensity CBT Therapist, Clinical / Counselling Psychologist with 3 years post qualification. The role involves providing assessments and CBT interventions (individual and group-based) to people with common mental health problems (i.e., depression, anxiety disorders), providing clinical supervision to High Intensity Practitioners working within the service and line managing staff.

- Fully qualified Clinical or Counselling Psychologist and/or BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist ( for a minimum of 3 years)
