This is a fantastic opportunity to join The Hillingdon Hospital as a Estates Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator at the Mount Vernon Hospital site on a 6 months fixed term contract.

It is an exciting time to join the Trust as it is also part of the new hospitals programme.

Main duties of the job

Provide a high-quality efficient administration service across all functions of Estates management services that support the smooth running of the administration office.

This is a pivotal role to ensure the smooth running of the essential administrative and business support duties within the Estates Directorate.

Maintain a professional attitude and ensure the efficient running and co-ordination of the administrative functions and being aware of the ever-changing environment.

Provide a high-quality customer care first point of contact that will involve the provision and operation of the helpdesk by telephone and email.

Undertake administrative and clerical duties which support the provision of a comprehensive, high-quality service, which is both flexible and cost-effective in support of our customers.

Work towards, attain, maintain and enhance the Trust's "CARES" values.

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
