Job summary

To work as part of the Recruitment & HR Services Department to provide a professional, high quality and timely customer focused and data driven HR administration service to stakeholders and customers throughout the Trust.

Working to high level customer service standards and service level agreements which have been agreed by the HR Department/Trust.To ensure all compliance data is processed and recorded on Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and is maintained and updated in a timely and accurate manner, escalating matters to the Recruitment Manager/Head of Resourcing where appropriate. Ensuring payroll inputdeadlines are met.

Main duties of the job

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous HR administration experience.
  • Excellent levels of communication at all levels both written and verbal.
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A positive, proactive and solution focused attitude.
  • To be able to work effectively to deadlines in a pressurised and fast paced environment.

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services, including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics, and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment center, a minor injuries unit, and outpatient clinics.The safety and well-being of our patients and staff is paramount and we are making urgent improvements to address this - particularly in infection prevention and control.
