Jersey ward is a friendly 12 bedded elective surgical ward, which caters for both male and female patients. We provide care for elective Orthopaedic, urology, general surgery, elective and non-elective gynaecology, plus medical patients.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior sister to join our forward thinking team. We are currently seeking a keen and enthusiastic individual who is looking to make a positive change and improve patient care. As well as providing clinical expertise, the junior sister will also provide a supportive and advisory role to other members of the team, including the ward manager. Additionally, you would be involved in improving the quality of our patient care through regular audits, incident management, staff development, MDT coordination and budget management. It is essential to have at least 2 years band 5 experience on a surgical ward, including taking charge on a shift.
