Senior Clinical Fellow - General Surgery

Job summary

Applications are invited for the above post of Fixed term Senior Clinical Fellow within the General Surgery Division at The Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is a full-time position for 6 months, extendable to a year. The post will include General Emergency Surgery on-call with elective work.

Main duties of the job

The Hillingdon Hospital wishes to appoint a Senior Clinical Fellow to join the General Surgery department for a 6 - 12 month fixed-term contract. The role will focus primarily on general surgery and colorectal and the post holder will be required to partake in the on call rota. The department has 12 substantive consultants, 3 Breast consultants and two locum consultants with middle grade and juniors to support them. (1:10 on call)
