Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a B4 Tobacco Dependence Advisor to join our new Tobacco Dependency Team at the Trust.

This position may suit a local candidate who is passionate about working with local residents to improve their health and wellbeing, and fluency in a local community language would be welcome.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work within the Trust's Tobacco Dependency Team to support the implementation and delivery of the NHS Long term plan for the treatment of tobacco dependence in Secondary care , so that those admitted to hospital who smoke, will be offered NHS-funded tobacco treatment services.
