Job summary
We require an administrative secretary to work with the Community Therapies admin team, supporting the Adult Community Therapy services.
As part of the admin team you will provide vital support to the clinicians, processing referrals, dealing with telephone enquiries from patients and other professionals, and inputting data. You will be jointly responsible for dealing with and developing the day-to-day organisation of the office and all associated administrative tasks and for monitoring the systems in place, under the supervision of the office manager.
As a frontline member of staff you will often be the first point of contact for patients or professionals contacting the department and therefore it is extremely important that you have the skills and experience required in dealing with telephone enquires.
Main duties of the job
Previous experience of reception work is essential.
We are looking for a staff member to work daily on a Monday to Friday basis , the core hours of the service is 8-5pm .
