Job summary
To undertake the role of Team Leader, assuming ongoing responsibility for effective room management and the smooth, efficient running of theatre lists. This includes the appropriate deployment, coordination, and supervision of staff within the department to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The post-holder will provide teaching, guidance, and supervision to pre-registration students, unqualified staff, registered nurses, Operating Department Practitioners, non-clinical personnel, and patients, supporting their development and promoting a positive learning environment
