Job summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating the administrative, physical and psychological care of patients attending clinics for assessment.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Health Care co-ordinator to join our team. This post will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and safe care is maintained, whilst moving forward to meet the evolving needs of the service and population we serve.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role are to ensure that the patient receives a high standard of care in the department

You will need:

Excellent communication skills

Good practical skills and organisational ability

An understanding of the pivotal role Pre Assessment has in the inpatient pathway

Good IT skills

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
