Job summary
We are looking for an ambitious radiographer with some experience in cross sectional imaging to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their CT or MRI knowledge with the possibility of also working in SPECT CT.
The department has a 1.5T Siemens Sola and a recently installed 3T Philips Elition X MRI scanners, as well as a Siemens X.Cite CT scanner and a Siemens Intevo Bold SPECT CT.
The department runs a shift system that requires long days, weekend working and out of hours on call commitments.
Main duties of the job
To provide high quality cross-sectional imaging for a wide range of patient groups including paediatrics, oncology and orthopaedic. Working together with the rest of the team to ensure patients are cared for safely and compassionately while adhering to department protocols and policies.
