The post holder will support the flow of patients through the department through the prompt protocolling of requests, corresponding with clinical teams and radiologists where needed and responding to MRI safety queries and concerns.
The post holder will also be key in ensuring the delivery of a safe, patient focused service and be able to respond and diffuse any potential complaints or concerns. The post holder is expected to actively contribute to departmental audits and service improvements.
You will be required to support and deputise for the scanning superintendent radiographer. In return you will be able to gain experience in some managerial duties such as appraisals and recruitment.
