Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated clinician to work as part of a dynamic musculoskeletal multidisciplinary team in Enfield Community MSK hub.
You will play a key role in helping to lead, shape and deliver musculoskeletal care, working alongside a team of highly motivated clinicians, and research physiotherapists.
This role will involve the delivery high quality musculoskeletal care whilst supporting the operational running of the hub.
You will be given the opportunity to develop your clinical and leadership skills whilst being supported by a team of expert clinicians and managers. This role would suit and experienced band 6 musculoskeletal physiotherapist or an existing band 7 who wishes to develop their skills further.
Main duties of the job
You will be required to take a lead role in delivering high quality musculoskeletal care which is tailored to the needs of the local population.
You will be required to support the operational running of the musculoskeletal hub whilst being supported by the Clinical Specialist Manager.
You will play a key role in implementing innovative ideas and projects that aim to optimise the delivery of musculoskeletal care.
You will be responsible for supporting and developing clinical and non clinical staff.
You will be required to demonstrate and maintain a high standard of clinical and professional care whilst working as a key member of the multidisciplinary team.
