Data Warehouse Manager & BI Business Partner
As Data Warehouse Manager you will be responsible and accountable for the service delivery, maintenance and continual improvement of a fit for purpose complex Data Warehouse.
You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the Trust's Commissioning processes.
Responsible for the maintenance and development of a number of reports and dashboards, requiring advanced QlikView skills.
Business intelligence and analytics is pivotal to the delivery of high-quality efficient healthcare provision. The Business Intelligence Team provides analysis and insights to support the Trust in using information to support effective decision making, ensuring that they make the best use of resources, understandperformance and provide the information required to enable them to focus on areas of greatest opportunity.
This role will offer opportunities to set the standards and lead on the use of data and information throughout the Trustin order to bring business intelligence and data analytics to the forefront of shaping patient care.
As Business Intelligence partner youwillwork directly alongside the leadership teams for their assigned area. They will play a key role in visualising and analysing data in a meaningful and insightful way to ensure data is at the heart of all decision making, enabling better outcomes that make a real difference to people.
Main duties of the job
Responsible and accountable for the service delivery, maintenance and continual improvement of a fit for purpose complex Data Warehouse.
Responsible for the weekly/bi-monthly processes to produce invoicing files for the Commissioning Team and SUS files for submission. Work closely with the Commissioning Team to incorporate any charging and billing changes into the Monitoring Process. Ensure the annual updates to HRGs and Tariffs are applied and tested in a timely manner. Responsible for data quality of SUS submissions.
Act as a specialist resource to deliver analysis using business intelligence tools (primarily QlikView and Qlik Sense)in order to interpret data, create intelligent reports and provide appropriate advice to clinical and operational teams.
Work directly with Division to gather requirements, prioritise work packages and then design,develop and implement resultant Business Intelligence Solutions. Providing users with seamless access to information to support service delivery, improvement and management.
