We are recruiting to 1 part-time position: 7.5 hours/week
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic research coordinator to join the sport and exercise research team at the RNOH, led by the Chair of Orthopaedics.
The post holder will primarily have responsibility for the coordination of musculoskeletal imaging studies of recreational and professional health, sport and exercise.
They will support the maintaining of the project schedule, and that key milestone deliverables are met.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join this team, which will work with surgeons, study participants and engineers at the RNOH, UCL and across the UK.
The successful candidate will support the day to day running of the project (from participant engagement, study design, data analysis).
The research coordinator will perform data collection and analysis of musculoskeletal imaging studies of physical exercise, sport as well as patients with musculoskeletal problems. This includes medical image analysis (3D reconstruction and segmentation of bone and muscles using specialised software).
