Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Clinical fellow (Fetal Medicine) post (ST3-7 level) at the Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust at the Royal Free, Hampstead site. This is a 1 year fixed term post.
The successful candidate will also be contributing to the on-call rota and hence competence on labour ward at a senior level (ST3-7) is essential. Senior Clinical Fellow - special interest in fetal medicine

Main duties of the job
- In-patient cover for antenatal, postnatal and acute and elective gynaecology admissions.
- Timely assessment of acute patients within the settings of the labour ward and maternity day assessment unit and the Early Pregnancy and Acute Gynaecology unit and A&E departments.
- Surgical assistance as required for caesarean sections (elective and emergency) and acute and elective gynaecological cases.
- Review of patients in the department's general gynaecology and high risk obstetric antenatal clinics.
