Job summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, resilient, and operationally experienced IG Supervisor to join the Royal Free London Group. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who are passionate about operational excellence, service transformation, and improving patient outcomes.
This role forms part of the wider Information Governance Team's (IG Team) support and is delivered both internally and externally via the IG Team's Central Hub. This role supports compliance with the following legislation:
General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR);
The Data Protection Act 2018;
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI(A));
Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR); and,
Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015 (RPSI(R)).
Main duties of the job
Reporting to the IG Manager, the position holder will play a key role in shaping and delivering safe, effective, and efficient services. They will contribute to operational delivery, and performance management with the wider IG while helping with the safe delivery to clinical services across all sites
This is a hands-on operational role suited to individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, enjoy collaborative working, and are committed to delivering service excellence.
