Job summary

To act as a professional member of a multi-disciplinary team and be responsible forimplementing Trust-wide, all estates Water Safety services systems and equipment,capital projects, energy and environmental Water Safety management and buildingmanagement controls.Post Holder will report directly to the Estates Manager (Compliance). Developing workingrelationships with Estates Operations, Capital Projects, Consultant Designers, AE(W)and IPC colleagues on all Trust sites and other directorate heads of service. Close liaisonwith the Estates Operations Manager, Head of Estates, Energy Manager, otheroperational leads, including UCL and Royal Free Charity stakeholders. The post holderis required participate within on-call rota system. The post holder will provide leadershipof the Water Safety discipline including supporting Mechanical Craftsperson's(Plumbing).
