Job summary
To support and coordinate the multidisciplinary work of health services and QI projects within Swiss Cottage School; notably data collection and management, set up and supporting meetings, creating and maintaining operational spreadsheets/databases, support for coproduction with parents e.g. liaison, supporting involvement.
Work proactively to achieve high levels of staff, child and family engagement in services.Maintain accurate caseload lists to ensure all children receive intervention in a timely manner.Support the production of accurate and timely service data. Use the data to ensure the smooth running of the service.Support the overall work of the team and provide cover for colleagues as required.
Main duties of the job
Greeting parents and visitors.Book all patient appointments for the service according to service protocol, liaising with clinical staff, parents/ carers, and others as required.Ensure all appointments are outcomed by the end of each month, and support KPIs with FFT and shared care plans.Participate and contribute to service Quality Improvement initiatives.This may require undertaking project work as directed, keeping minutes, and arranging events as required.To ensure the smooth running of the MDT annual review report and the transition medical processes.General office management - stationery, PPE, School BAM referrals, hygieneproducts.Maintain a list of patients who may be able to attend a short notice in order to fill cancellation slots.Train others to provide cover when absent.Be competent in and able to apply the Trust's Information Governance Policy.Maintain confidentiality, security and integrity of patient related information inaccordance with Trust protocols.
