*** This is a part time opportunity within the London Breast Screening Administration Hub Team ***
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Very High-Risk (VHR) Screening Referral Administrator in the London Breast Screening Programme Administration Hub.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our dedicated multi-disciplinary team to provide first class administration support. This will involve being the first point of contact for very high-risk screening referrals for the London region.
Main duties of the job
To support the work of the London Breast Screening Administration Hub by accurate, efficient, and timely execution of essential activities that supports the entire breast screening pathway, under the direction of the Service Manager.
To lead on the administration function related to the London Breast Screening Administration Hub VHR Referral function including a close collaboration with the London Breast Screening services.
Within the given area of responsibility to use experience and judgment to provide appropriate advice and guidance, referring to the Office Manager and Service Manager as necessary.
To act as a senior member of staff in relation to work based audits and process reviews.
You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise and organise a varied workload and be IT literate with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
