Band 4 Clinical Pathway Navigator - Neurology

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Neurology department at Royal Free London. The successful candidate will be expected to work within a team of Patient Navigators or Clinical Pathway Administrators and be responsible for the smooth running of the patient journey from referral to discharge. This will be achieved by ensuring that coordinated and streamlined administrative processes revolve around the patient and their individual needs.

This post will be a 12-month fixed term contract. It will also be offered as a secondment opportunity where appropriate.

Main duties of the job

The Neurology service is looking for a dynamic and resilient clinical pathway navigator to join our team. This is a pivotal role within the team and will be supported by the Clinical Pathway Manager. You would be responsible for maintaining service delivery and improvement within the department.
