The post holder will be expected to liaise appropriately with all Key Members of themultidisciplinary team and service users relating to the speciality of BreastScreening.They will provide assistance to the Consultant Surgeon /Radiologist in the Breastscreening unit during biopsy procedures and clinical examination.
Responsible for preparation and checking of equipment prior to biopsy procedure. Chaperoning of patients during consultation and clinical examination. Preparation of procedure trolley for ultrasound biopsy/Punch Biopsy. Application of dressing following biopsy procedure in accordance to the aseptic technique.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
