Job summary

Finchley Memorial Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC), occasional requirement to attend other Royal Free London sites.

Finchley Memorial CDC works in close collaboration with its sister site Wood Green CDC, hosted by Whittington Health NHS Trust. As the service develops there is a potential requirement for staff working at either site to cross cover. The post holder will be expected to be onsite 5 days per week. The service is open 7 days a week and working hours are between 8am-8pm.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work as part of a team within a dedicated speciality/patient group to ensure that all administrative functions for patients from the time of GP referral to the time of discharge are coordinated in line with specific care pathway instructions to facilitate the smooth running of the patients' journey. Where a patient has multiple specialist needs, assist the patient in coordinating their pathways to reduce multiple appointments across the Trust.
