Job summary

We are looking for a Business Support Officer to provide support to the Emergency department senior team. This role is responsible for the provision and alignment of support to enable the operational and clinical activities of the department.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key activities:

Coordinating training and other activities delivered and coordinated by the team: including scheduling, planning and supporting training and events, and communication.Developing and maintaining key team databases and information management activities , including circulation lists, training logs and team inbox/first alert.Anchoring team administration, including support to team meetings, preparation of papers and reports and support to other team members as required.
