You will also head up a range of service development initiatives directly as well as working with and through your teams, colleagues and peers to deliver Divisional wide improvement.

Your ability to engage and lead teams through change and act as an expert negotiator will be vital. You will deliver a selection of productivity schemes and therefore will have strong business management skills coupled with sound financial knowledge.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking an astute, talented leader so if this sounds like you and you are looking for a position where you are valued, developed and constructively challenged every day, then don't miss out on this opportunity. There is a well-established Proud2bOps@RFH Network which will be joined by a Group Wide Proud2bAdmin network being launched in November 2025.

We are looking for an applicant with experience of working in an operational capacity, preferably in an Emergency Department, and has an up to date and clear understanding of the urgent and emergency care pathway in an acute setting.
