Job summary

As an Associate Audiologist you will be responsible for supporting the Audiology department in the development of our adult rehabilitation services & ensuring that our service users' needs are met through the delivery of high-quality care.

As a centre of excellence, you will offer a person-centred approach to meet the listening needs of our patients and will have direct involvement in shaping the way that we work on a day-to-day basis.

Main duties of the job

The candidate will be responsible for providing adult rehabilitation services within the department. This will include key duties such as:

Running the hearing aid repair clinic

Stock ordering within the department

Providing hearing aid support services (e.g postal repairs)

Using outcome questionnaires to review patient hearing needs

Hearing aid follow ups performed over the phone

Helping with service development work and departmental audits

Training support for our students within the department
