Job summary
This post is a leadership role for the OT team based at Swiss Cottage school. The post holder will be linked and connected with the wider OT team and will play a key role in advising and supporting the whole team as a clinical specialist in managing complex cases of CYP with complex needs.
Swiss Cottage School is a community special school with 260 learners, aged 4-19, identified with a range of layered needs. This can include Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, Physical Disabilities, Severe and Moderate Learning Difficulties, autism, complex communication needs, and Social Emotional Mental Health Needs.
The caseload is complex and there is much opportunity to develop specialist skills and a strong leadership profile as Swiss Cottage school is a hub of all SEND stakeholders involved and an example of collaborative work.
