The Endoscopy Department at North Middlesex Hospital is looking for a pro-active, motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a challenging and busy department. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring all patients attending or an Endoscopy are greeted in a friendly and professional manner and all NMUH policies are upheld and maintained.
Applicants should be well organized with excellent communication skills, are able to work under pressure and are team players.

Main duties of the job
Prioritize and manage workload without direct supervision
Add patient to the waiting list
Make welfare calls to patient as a reminder of their procedure.
Outcome Endoscopy, Pre-assessment and Infliximab appointments
Update patient demographics
Plan and organize workload to ensure service Delivery is maintained
Work flexibly as part of a team and support Cross cover.
To be proactive in supporting changes.
Undertake mandatory training.

North Mid is part of North Central London integrated care system - consisting of the NHS and Local authority organisations in Camden, Islington, Barnet, Enfield and Haringey. - Educated to GCSE level or equivalent Knowledge of a range of administrative practices acquired throughout various training courses and experience

- Experience of working in an acute hospital setting
