Join North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust as a Red Cell ACP, a key role in one of the UK's most forward-thinking haematology initiatives.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to become a core member of the nationally funded NHSE Sickle Cell ED Bypass Pathway, which enables patients in crisis to bypass the emergency department and receive specialist care directly.
As a substantive ACP, you will play a vital role in shaping and sustaining this model of care, delivering timely, high-quality, patient-centred treatment. You will work autonomously as part of a growing team of ACPs, supported by a Consultant Nurse and the wider multidisciplinary team, to build a service that meets national commitments and improves lives.

- Lead on clinical decision-making, working autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Prescribe independently in line with national guidance and Trust policy to optimise patient care and streamline pathways.

- Play a key role in building towards a 24/7 service in line with our NHSE commitment.
About us
