Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic clinician to join our well established, innovative team of musculoskeletal physiotherapist. This post is an exciting invitation for anyone who has a special interest in pain management with the opportunity of being involved in multidisciplinary pain team meetings, inpatient ward rounds as well as be involved in the assessment and treatment of those suffering in long term pain conditions.
The post is based at our main Barnet and Chase Farm sites and will include cross site working. Patient care will be a mix of Telehealth and face to face consultations and will involve extended hours and evening work dependent on demand. The successful candidate will have significant postgraduate experience of working with patients with complex conditions; working within a bio-psychosocial approach on a one-to-one basis as well as within a group context. They will share responsibility for supporting junior and less experienced staff working. They will be expected to participate in the teaching and training of more junior staff and other health care professionals as appropriate.The successful candidate should be enthusiastic and passionate and have the motivation to encourage and facilitate best practice. We are looking for an individual who is an excellent communicator, a team player and compassionate at their core.
