We are searching for a dynamic, forward-thinking operations manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving forward these ground-breaking changes.
Main duties of the job
As our Ophthalmology Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact, delivering high-level operational excellence while shaping the future direction of the service. You will be working within a team of dedicated professionals to enhance the quality, efficiency, and delivery of services in a very exciting service.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has substantial experience in a management role within the NHS
- Possesses strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Is creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about delivering exceptional services in healthcare with the opportunity to grow the Ophthalmology surgical hub and driven forward private practice integration
- Has the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
- Is dedicated to continuous improvement and committed to advancing their career within the NHS, particularly at RFL
- Has experience in delivering high-level operational work with a focus on strategic planning and project management
