Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the Haematology service at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals, as a Clinical Pathway Navigator.
We are looking for a positive motivated person with an eye for detailto join ourteam.
The successful candidate is required to be able demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. In particular you should have:
- Previous experience of working with the public and/or patients in a healthcare environment
- Experience of interaction with all levels of staff
- Previous administrative and organisational experience
- Experience of managing and prioritising own workload and working to deadlines
- Experience of dealing with non-routine and complex problems
