Job summary
The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Specialty Doctor in Cardiology to join our dynamic and supportive team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a doctor with a strong interest in Cardiology SDEC and Heart Failure to work in a leading NHS trust, contributing significantly to the Same day Emergency Care, and Heart Failure service. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and support the development and delivery of Cardiology services across the trust.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will contribute to a 1 in 8 general cardiology 7/7 'Consultant of the week' on call model at both the Barnet and Royal Free sites.
The job plan will include:
- Same Day Emergency Care [SDEC] clinics
- Outpatient clinics
- ECAS clinic
- Ward round / clinical reviews
