Main duties of the job
We are looking for dynamic, highly motivated team players with good investigative and organisational skills to join the security team at the Royal Free.
The poster holders will provide a multi skilled service including manned guarding and periodically patrolling of the premises to ensure its people and property are protected and safe at all times.
The successful candidate is to be flexible, approachable with a passion providing exceptional customer service as they will support the reception and concierge services out of hours.
The post will be required identifying irregularities, observing CCTV, reacting to alarm activation's including fire and controlling access and egress. You will need to communicate effectively with staff, guests and visitors at all times and receive security requests via telephone, taking prompt and appropriate action in a courteous and helpful manner.
