Job summary
. To Provide nursing service for patients with genetic kidney disease andtuberous sclerosis using advance clinical skills and knowledge of thespeciality..To lead and manage the nursing caseload for patients with genetickidney disease and tuberous sclerosis who have multiple and complexneeds including coordination of multidisciplinary care, therapeutic drugmonitoring and complex imaging.
Main duties of the job
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to progress in their career and learn with an enthusiastic and committed team to cover maternity leave . The post holder will provide high quality clinical care, expert advice, counselling and support to patients and families with genetic kidney disease and tubular sclerosis. The post holder will deliver nurse led clinics at the Royal Free hospital. The current post holder manages the largest nurse led tolvaptan cohort in the UK for patients with polycystic kidney disease.

- Educated to or willing to work to master's leve
- Completed Non-Medical Prescribing Course or willing to undertake
