Job summary
The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust are recruiting a Car Parking Administrator to work as part of the parking team for the Royal Free Group.
The parking team manage the car parks and all queries regarding parking on our sites from staff, visitors and the public. We aim to provide timely responses and excellent customer service at all times, facilitating access to our sites for staff and service users.
Main duties of the job
Your role will be to provide the administration for the parking team. Monitoring and responding to emails in the shared Outlook mailbox and answering calls from staff and members of the public.
You will deal with queries and process permit requests, parking exemptions and penalty charge notices; following processes to ensure appropriate and fair decision-making regarding parking access and charges.
You will need to be customer service focussed, communicating in a polite and friendly manner, and demonstrating tact and diplomacy when discussing the needs of the service user. You will be able to prioritise tasks and manage your workload accordingly.
