Job summary

Barnet Hospital is a PFI built and owned acute hospital in substantial grounds (27 acres) with a nu of trust owned ancillary buildings of mixed quality and use. The total GIA on site is circa 52,176 sq

Chase Farm Hospital is hospital in the borough of Enfield, sitting on a 39 acre site. The site has over recent years gone under a significant amount of redevelopment with the construction of a new hospital building. The site also contains a number of ancillary buildings of varying construction dates, quality and use, totalling 45,777 Sq.m.

Main duties of the job

Manage the Trust ERIC reporting, regarding all of our site's data on a day-to-day basis. Record management of any discrepancies and changes.

Be the Lead system administrator, process data updates and upload changes and requests, be the main point of contact for all data system queries within CAD. Provide assistance to colleagues and other users as required.

Support the Space planning team with graphical and analytical reports for the purpose of the space planning solutions development. Managing space requests, CAD drawings and Data systems/tags.

Work with the property team on the Annual asset valuation, proactively processing necessary systems updates. Proving CAD data systems reports, using previous information stored throughout our filing system to support any requests.

Liaising with all internal and external consultants, gathering their requirements, escalating risks to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely submission the official portal.

Providing Support to Line manager with regards to administrative duties along with managerial support, as requested.

The role requires working knowledge in the following skill areas:

  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Sound knowledge of Autocad
  • Attribute Development
  • Project management experience in relation to data base development and process improvement

Oversee the CAD function, ensuring that the Trust record layouts are updated on regular basis, work together on the production of graphical reports in relation to occupancy or for the purpose of individual projects.

Liaise on regular basis with the Estates and Capital projects team, ensure that changes to infrastructure are reflected on the CAD drawings and data system as necessary.

This vacancy has been advertised in accordance with the new NHS pay rate which will take effect from autumn 2024.
