Main duties of the job

Reporting to the HR Business Partner you will be the Associate HRBP for Group Corporate Shared Services and North London Partners Shared Services . Your role will support services within NLPSS and TPHC. As part of the role, you will play a key part in providing HR services of a high quality which is also clientfocused.

You will also work closely with HR colleagues across all main hospital sites on a variety of projects, staff engagement, organisational design andconsultation and policy and process harmonisation.

Interviews will take place week commencing July 1st 2024.
