Main duties of the job
Senior Radiology Nurse Band 6Interventional Radiology Unit - Radiology DepartmentFull time 37.5 hours per weekThe Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust Department of Interventional Radiology is one of the regional vascular , liver transplant and renal centers which specializes in international procedures.We currently have a vacancy for a Band 6 Senior Staff nurse to cover for maternity leave. The role composes of all aspects of peri-operative care and interventional skills; dealing with patients undergoing interventional procedures under local with conscious sedation and general anaesthetic.
It is essential for the candidate to have experience as an Interventional nurse and recent experience on acute settings.
The successful candidate will participate in the on call rota 24/7.
Informal visits are warmly welcome.
