Accountable to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of recruitment services across the full breadth of the portfolio, ensuring compliance with NHS standards, ensuring the team are meeting KPIs, exemplifying best practice in delivery and focusing on providing a quality service to customers and an outstanding experience for applicants and appointees. Additionally you will play a leading role to ensure achievement of NLPSS's strategic goals as we grow both the scale and scope of our shared services.
