Job summary
There is an opportunity to join our progressive Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) team at a time of exciting changes, involving new appointments and the expansion of services.The department provides a comprehensive clinical service, with sub-specialisation, to local residents of North London. The department currently runs dedicated clinics at Royal Free Hospital, Barnet Hospital , Chase Farm Hospital and Edgware Community Hospitals..Applicants are expected to have experience of orthognathic and skin cancer surgery and be able to manage busy adult and paediatric outpatient and operating lists. The post requires strong team working, both at consultant level and with the wider multi-disciplinary team.Clinical sessions for this post are based at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals. There is some flexibility to discuss the job plan further.Applicants must be on the GMC Specialist Register or within 6 months of attaining Specialist Registration at the time of interview.
