Main duties of the job

  • Support in Management of admin staff at RFH
  • Support ASM and Operational managers where needed.
  • Annual leave requests, sickness, appraisals, track on Health Roster for admin staff and consultants
  • Coordinating clinic/surgical list cancellations
  • Send out comms to clinicians.
  • Deal with PALs complaints/complaints escalated by the team.
  • Assist Dr's with completing annual leave requests.
  • Validations and managing the waiting lists (outpatient follow up, nurse led lists).
  • Check outcomes weekly.
  • Attend weekly PTL, management meeting, team meeting.
  • Cover annual leave when required.
  • Booking rooms on Condeco.
  • Manage waiting list, booking patients, liaise with clinicians/nurses, Dictate IT, Validating, upload documents to EPR, contact GPs/other hospitals and chase results
