Main duties of the job
- Support in Management of admin staff at RFH
- Support ASM and Operational managers where needed.
- Annual leave requests, sickness, appraisals, track on Health Roster for admin staff and consultants
- Coordinating clinic/surgical list cancellations
- Send out comms to clinicians.
- Deal with PALs complaints/complaints escalated by the team.
- Assist Dr's with completing annual leave requests.
- Validations and managing the waiting lists (outpatient follow up, nurse led lists).
- Check outcomes weekly.
- Attend weekly PTL, management meeting, team meeting.
- Cover annual leave when required.
- Booking rooms on Condeco.
- Manage waiting list, booking patients, liaise with clinicians/nurses, Dictate IT, Validating, upload documents to EPR, contact GPs/other hospitals and chase results
