Main duties of the job
Due to the implementation of NLP Shared Services - Recruitment Services, we are looking to appoint Band 5 Shared Recruitment Services Team Leader, one post is within the Service Excellence Team and the other post is within the Helpdesk Team.
This role is ideal for individuals who can deliver a world class experience to our customers, driving forward the shared services agenda and making it one of the best places to work. The post holder will be hands on and also supervise and monitor the work of the shared recruitment officers and assistants, to ensure the workload is evenly distributed and carried out to a high standard in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
You will be supported by the Recruitment Shared Services senior managers.
