Main duties of the job

The E-Rostering & Temporary Staffing department at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, customer focused individual to join the Bookings and E-Rostering team. You will be part of the bookings team looking to fill the Trusts temporary staffing requirements and also work across the E-roster team to support the Healthroster system and it's use throughout the trust. Your interpersonal skills will be a key requirement and you will already be comfortable working with managers and employees from junior up to director level. A large part of this role will require contact over the telephone and e-mail where the appropriate equipment will be supplied. The majority of the role will involve dealing with electronic rostering and bookings systems so any experience in this area is beneficial.

You will have previously worked as part of a team and will be able to deal with high volume administration in a busy environment. It is desirable that you will be working towards a relevant qualification and A level qualified or equivalent, however relevant experience will be taken into consideration.

This position will be based at Enfield Civic Centre.

The role will present a number of opportunities to gain exposure to all areas of the E-Rostering and Temporary Staffing function and opportunity to progress. You will be working in a team of approximately 30 members who are all working towards making the Royal Free one of the leading Trusts in the UK.
