Main duties of the job
- Manage the Enquiries Team (3 band 4 Enquiries Coordinators) including reviewing their annual objectives, conducting regular supervision meetings.
- IT super user of all of PPU and relevant trust data bases and systems; Compucare, Cerner, PACS, CRIS...etc, highly numerate and articulate responsible for accurately and consistently intercepting, logging, handling and booking incoming UK based and international enquiries and referrals received liaising directly with consultants to plan referrals private care episodes, working with PPU senior finance team to cost and quote private care episodes, liaising with private medical insurance companies senior teams to provide and extend private care financial cover. Maximise PPU return on investment on digital e-marketing and off line marketing, communications and business development initiatives. Maximise referrals conversion into revenue generating sales. . Authorised signatory of bank team members' time sheets, overtime payments and travel expenses. Responsible for the purchase and financial verification of team's assets and supplies signing off orders. Responsible for ongoing monitoring of delegated budget ensuring that budget is consistent with guidelines and pre-determined budgetary limits.
- Produce advanced highly accurate analytical regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on the activity, sales and revenue of the sales team.
