The Senior Operations Manager will have operational responsibility for the Division to ensure that all operational performance targets including waiting lists, finance, workforce and service improvement targets are achieved. The post holder will actively contribute to service integration and to the development of services in the Division and where appropriate the wider health and social care system.

Main duties of the job
The Royal Free Hospital is looking for an inclusive senior operational manager with personality, vision and energy to work collaboratively with divisional triumvirate. This post is a key position within the directorate and will ensure the delivery of the operational and financial objectives of the division.
