Job summary
This is an exciting role which will be joining the Costing and Contract team, part of the busy R&D team based at Royal Free Hospital. The role will join other Costing and Contract Officers within the team, leading on both the costing review of new studies as well as the associated contract review and working to ensure the department is able to meet its 2022 to 2027 research strategy of being a top 10 UK research NHS Trust.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Lead on the costing and contract review of new commercial and non-commercial studies
- Lead on the costing and contract review of research study amendments for both commercial and non-commercial sponsored studies.
- Lead on the review and negotiation of Confidential Disclosure agreements.
- Provide expertise and guidance in matters relating to costing and contracts to fellow staff
