Main duties of the job

Join our busy, high-performing administrative team and play a vital role in keeping our clinical services running smoothly and efficiently. As the first point of contact for many patients and clinicians, your communication skills will help create a seamless and supportive experience for everyone you assist.

You will manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including handling correspondence in a timely manner and maintaining accurate, up-to-date Electronic Patient Records in line with Trust policies. You'll work confidently with the DIT3 system to check and print letters, as well as scan and process confidential information with the highest level of accuracy and discretion.

Strong, effective communication is central to this role, and you'll liaise daily with consultants, GPs, patients and wider clinical teams to make sure information is shared quickly and clearly. With your attention to detail and commitment to high standards, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of patient services.
