Paglesham ward - Stroke rehab ward , are looking for compassionate and caring Registered Nurses to join their bright and friendly team.

Stroke rehab is provides comprehensive, high-quality care to patients with a wide variety of stroke/medical conditions. Our aim is to provide a supportive environment fostering person-centered care to enable patients to reach their optimum level of health and independence.

Main duties of the job
Paglesham Ward is a dynamic and friendly team, that believes team working is at the centre of our success. We are a very supportive team and believe that if we work together, we can provide excellent patient care.
- To ensure that an individual programme of care is planned, implemented and evaluated for each patient within own sphere of responsibility.
- To work as part of the multidisciplinary team ensuring the delivery of a high standard of care to the patients.
- To act as team leader including taking charge of the ward in the absence of the Ward Manager/Deputy Ward Manager.
- To participate in all relevant aspects of the Governance process.
- You will adhere to the NMC code of Professional Conduct at all times and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- To act as a positive role model at all times.
